    Who we are

    TOM DAVIAU

I have been a resident of the Town of Sullivan my entire adult life, and have had the privilege of teaching both French and Spanish at Chittenango Central Schools for 30 years. During my tenure at Chittenango, I served as the language department chairperson, as well as a coach for track, basketball, tennis, and soccer. It was an honor to help our student athletes work together to bring home two state championships. I am a real estate agent who takes pride in supporting the growth of our town. This community has given so much to me, I thought it was time for me to pay it forward.

In recent months, I have dedicated my time going door to door and speaking with residents. The consensus is there is some room for improvement in our great town. I would like to be the catalyst for this change.

    ANDREW BUSA

I am seeking re-election for Town of Sullivan Highway Superintendent. As a lifelong resident of The Town of Sullivan, I have been your elected Highway Superintendent for the past 7 years. Since being elected, I have made it my duty as a civil servant to maintain nearly 100 miles of town roads and keep the public safe.
I am currently the President of the Madison County Association of Town Highway Superintendents. This association, among many things, lobbies for increased funding of state highway & bridge projects. Recently, the Town of Sullivan was just awarded $1,087,000 for a culvert replacement over Vly Creek on Tag Road. This is a huge accomplishment for our department as this project alone would have been a burden on our budget.
I have also committed myself to involving our town in shared service agreements with The Village of Chittenango and Chittenango Central Schools. In 2022 alone, we contributed to the Tuscarora Road culvert replacement and the paving of Bolivar Road school parking lot. Projects like these save taxpayers thousands of dollars every year.
In 2019, with the help of a local business, we rolled out a new website designed just for the highway department. The website has greatly improved efficiencies within our department and communications with the public. The site offers services provided a stay informed and work request tab.
Along with many projects at the highway department in 2022 we completed many upgrades to our highway building including a face lift and dedication of the building to my predecessor. We also completed the installation of a new fuel tank and island saving the town in excess of $500,000.
I am asking for your support on Nov. 7th so we can continue to move the town forward and keep our local roads safe.

    LOU CIANFROCCO

I have lived in this wonderful community for the past 25 years with my wife Lauren, where we have raised three children. I am currently retired after working for New York State Office of Special Investigations, and the Inspector General Office as the Assistant Deputy Chief. I am now employed with Upstate New York DHS Federal Protection Services as the Captain in Charge of Protection of all upstate federal facilities. I am excited and proud to run in the upcoming election for Town of Sullivan Council Member and look forward to representing everyone fairly. My campaign will be positive, one in which will display integrity and honesty in all my interactions and treat all that I encounter with the upmost respect. With my leadership experience, I have the skills needed to effectively represent and work with the residents of the Town of Sullivan for what I believe is right. With your support, it will be an honor and privilege to serve my community as Council Member by listening openly to the concerns of all community members within the Town of Sullivan with the goal of building a better community.

    AMY BETTINGER WELLS

As a lifetime resident of the Town of Sullivan, to most of you, I am a familiar face. I have worked in the town office for the past 25 years in various positions. During the tenure of my most recent position as Town Clerk, I have created a dedicated, knowledgeable and well-balanced team to assist with implementing new programs to bring revenue into the town; programs such as local E-Z Pass sales agency, and personal 24/7 availability to meet residents with their needs. With my degree in Business Administration, I am able to provide the education, knowledge and experience in finance, sales, customer service, and tax collection to the residents of the town. Along with my husband Steve of 19 years and my daughter Ava, my family and I reside just outsite the village of Chittenango. I appreciate the opportunity to continue to be the dedicated and experienced public servant who puts the people of this town first.
